Clifford (“Cliff”) Hyatt is an attorney licensed to practice in both New York and California and resides in Middletown, New York. His distinguished legal career spans more than thirty years and includes service with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as well as partnership positions with two national law firms, where he specialized in securities litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

As a member of the Board of Directors of The Margaret “Peggy” Krachy Children’s Charity, Inc., Cliff provides valuable legal insight and governance experience to help ensure the Charity operates with integrity, transparency, and in full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. He is proud to support the Charity’s mission of expanding educational opportunities and improving the lives of young children.

Leslie E. Hyatt brings more than forty years of distinguished experience in education to The Margaret “Peggy” Krachy Children’s Charity.

A graduate of Fordham University, Ms. Hyatt earned both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Arts in Teaching, specializing in Social Studies and Mathematics. She began her career teaching in parochial schools in the Bronx and Shrub Oak, New York, before joining the New York City Public Schools.

In 2002, she was appointed Director of Instruction for the Chester Union Free School District in Orange County, New York. She later served as Elementary School Principal and ultimately as Middle School/High School Principal at Chester Academy, providing educational leadership focused on academic excellence, curriculum development, and student success.

Ms. Hyatt’s extensive experience as a teacher, administrator, and instructional leader provides The Margaret “Peggy” Krachy Children’s Charity with invaluable insight as the organization develops programs to support children’s education. Her lifelong commitment to learning and helping young people achieve their full potential reflects the very values upon which the Charity was founded.

Kevin Keon has more than 28 years of experience in accounting and finance. During the past 16 years at Heineken USA, Inc., he has held leadership positions in Accounting, Treasury, Tax, and Transactional Finance, providing strategic and operational leadership across the organization.

Prior to joining Heineken USA, Kevin spent 12 years on Wall Street as an Assistant Controller with Ark Asset Management, where he developed extensive expertise in financial management and strategic analysis.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.

Charles ("Charley") Krachy brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial management and administration of nonprofit organizations. As a founding leader of The Margaret "Peggy" Krachy Children's Charity, Inc. He is committed to ensuring that the Charity's resources are managed responsibly so that the greatest possible impact is made in the lives of the children and families it serves.  Charley holds an MBA degree from Long Island University

Dominick Saladino brings more than 25 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, financial services, and strategic growth to The Margaret “Peggy” Krachy Children’s Charity.

Dominick is the owner of Saladino Personal Income Tax Preparer, LLC, where he provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, and financial services to individuals and small businesses. Through his business, he helps clients navigate their financial needs with integrity, accuracy, and personalized service while developing trusted, long-term relationships.

Prior to establishing his own business, Dominick spent nearly two decades with PwC, where he most recently served as a Senior Business Development Executive. During his tenure, he helped expand the firm’s Managed Services practice by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and supporting a multi-billion-dollar business. Throughout his career, he has led sales strategies, managed complex client relationships, and worked closely with executive leadership to drive growth, innovation, and exceptional client service. He has also mentored numerous professionals and has been recognized as a collaborative leader and trusted advisor.

A lifelong believer in giving back to his community, Dominick has held leadership and volunteer positions with the Verplanck Residents Association and has supported several local revitalization and nonprofit initiatives. He brings his financial expertise, strategic perspective, and commitment to community service to every organization he serves.

Dominick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego. His extensive financial and business experience, combined with his commitment to community service, makes him a valuable member of The Margaret “Peggy” Krachy Children’s Charity and its mission to create greater educational opportunities for children.
